My career began building teams and functions at organizations like Centare, Northwestern Mutual and Compuware.

Today, I’m the cofounder and CEO of tech talent recruitment firm Newance, which has grown into a global brand with renowned clients in VC and tech spaces like Seven Seven Six, KKR, Doodles, Brilliant.io, Voyager and more.

I like to think of my people + systems approach to tech, problem solving, and business operations as refreshingly pragmatic. Others seem to agree as it’s led to features in Business Insider, Inc., Refinery29, Tech Republic, Tech Advisor, Forbes, and other leading-edge publications.

When not nerding out about the future of work, I can be found figuratively inhaling books or taking an embarrassingly large number of photos of my mini-Schnauzer, Ruth.
